1. What type of tshirts do you recommend to your customers for screenprinting?

Our most popular t-shirt that we print on is the Gildan G2000. These tshirts offer great quality at an affordable price to our clients. We have sold some of these shirts to clients with a 1 color screenprint at prices starting at as low as $4.25 each! The shirts are 100% preshrunk cotton material and are available from small sizes to 5XL.

2. How many colors can be printed on tshirts and other screenprinted items at Faze One Ink?

While most clients choose the more simple designs with 1 to 3 screenprinted colors, we have the capabilities to print up to 6 colors on one single item. This allows us to print simple designs as well as highly detailed designs on your tshirts and other apparel of your choice.

3. Do you screenprint the numbers on apparel and accessories or are they done by heat transfer?

We can apply numbers to your apparel and accessories by either method, but unless the client asks otherwise, we always screenprint our numbers. This gives the shirts a much better look and feel. We can print these numbers at any size you would like.

4. What can we expect the turnaround time to be?

Our standard length of turnaround time is 7 to 10 days, but we will be willing to work with you if you need your items sooner. (A rush fee may be added to your order if you would like your items quicker than 7 days after the design is approved. In some cases, we have completed screenprinting orders in 1 day).

5. Can you design our tshirts, apparel, and other accessories for us?

Yes! We have a design team in-house that creates all of our designs. We take your requests and turn them into art. Our clients most often choose us to do the design as well as the printing - all under one roof!

6. I have designed the apparel myself. How do you want me to give you the file?

The easiest way is usually to email your files to info@fazeoneink.com. If your files are too big to email, you can always drop off your file on a cd or flash drive in our office at 1129 Kenny Center Drive in Columbus, OH. If you are unable to get to the office, there are other alternatives that we can arrange to receive your files. Contact Us if you need any help submitting your files to us.

7. What file types are accepted?

We can use many different formats. For screenprinted items, if the design is more than one color it will need to be vectorized so the colors can be separated out for printing. Common vector files have the extension: .ai, .cdr, or .eps. Contact us if your file extension is not listed here. You can also send us other file types (.pdf, .tif, .jpg, .psd, .png) which we can use for heat transfers or use as reference to turn your design into a vector format.

8. What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, or Checks.
